By downloading or using Farora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Farora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to collect data from the app.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@farora.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Farora, including passport information and travel data. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

In-App Purchases

Farora offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.

• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as provided by Apple/Google's refund policies.
• The Remove Ads purchase is tied to your account and can be restored on a new device using the Restore Purchases option in Settings.

Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium users (Remove Ads purchasers) will not see advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Location Services

Farora uses your device's location to detect when you arrive at a place and issue a stamp. Location data is used solely for this purpose and is not sold to third parties. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent stamps from being issued.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Farora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farora and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or travel records.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
